This seems to be my constant struggle s of lately. However I'm more serious now then I've ever been about losing weight more so because I'm 43 and I have Hypertension and other chronic health issues and damn it I'm too young to be feeling like this!
I have promising rt career ahead of me and I plan to be round to enjoy this journey until I'm 100 years old.
