Inspired by one of her recent belly post. I decided to draw and paint a whimsical expecting mom to be. Its not an actual portrait of her but in her likeness. We had a discussion about doing a trade. So I thought this would be a wonderful trade. Its giving me a few problems like the grease stain. The too pink arm. The red streak I can't get out of her hair. I realised she isn't a bold red head but more reddish brown. Then there is the pencil smudges that are now on her face. But today is a new day and I will give myself a hour and after that if I don't like it I will start over.
