Dinner Coconut Curry Chicken

4 thin sliced chicken breast
1 cup coconut cream
1 tbs curry powder
1 TS cumin
1 TS turmeric
1/2 TS paprika
1/2 TS garlic powder
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1small bunch of cilantro
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
(or a bag of frozen stop light peppers)
1 cut in half
1 cup Jasmine rice
1 tbs peanut oil or any oil you have on hand.

Boil water for rice in a medium pot or follow instructions for rice in a rice cooker. When done cooking rice add fresh finely chopped cilantro and half lime squeezed
Then in a large sautee pan add oil, chicken breast, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is just about done. Then add the curry,cumin, tumeric, paprika, and coconut cream. Let simmer on medium low for another 10-15 minutes. When done squeeze half of lime juice all over.

Plate with crisp steamed green beans or vegetables of your preference over rice cilantro lime mixture.
